While Paypal is a convenient payment option for buyers, it is a near constant and almost alway costly source of aggravation for merchants. We would rather not make the sale than having to deal with Paypal. We have implemented a very simple and very secure one-page payment processing form, and we gladly accept all major credit cards. Our merchandise comes from a variety of sources, overstock, liquidations, floor samples and occasionally customer returns. It is almost always shipped from third-party warehouse locations, usually within 4-5 days, this is part of the business model that allows us to sell luggage for about 70% off retail. The actual shipment transit time depends on the carrier and the destination, it should not exceed 5-8 days. However, if you have a deadline looming or a trip scheduled for next week, shopping on Ebay may not be the best option. Depending on the size of the box and the destination we ship either US Postal Service or UPS, in either case, expedited shipping is not really an option, luggage boxes tend toe be large and shipping them any other method than Ground is prohibitively expensive. Our flat shipping rate is based on average cost, the actual cost per box is frequently higher than the flat rate we charge. Combined shipping for a multiple items purchased is not an option either, these items may not ship from the same location, and even if they do, they are all individually boxed, and shipping multiple boxes to the same address at the same time will unfortunately not save any money. In most cases we cannot ship to HI, AK, PR or APO/FPO addresses. We will gladly review shipping options on a case by case basis, however shipping to those destination will most certainly take longer and be substantially more expensive. | ||||||||||||||
